Wclocks cannot guarantee the condition of products during transit. Any damage that occurs while the product is in transit is not our responsibility and will not be refunded.

By default, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns for any products. In the event a product is found to be defective upon arrival, Wclocks will provide a replacement for the damaged part of the product only. A complete replacement of the product will not be provided.

• Refunds will not be issued for any reason once the product has been shipped.
