Wclocks is a premium lifestyle and collector brand founded in 2018, specialising in luxury wall clocks, men's watches, automatic watch winders, watch storage, and collector accessories. We operate with a production base in Guangzhou, China, and a commercial office in Delaware, USA, shipping to customers in over 60 countries worldwide.
Our mission is to bring the aesthetic language of iconic horology into everyday spaces — at prices that make it genuinely accessible.

Are Wclocks products genuinely high quality?
Yes. All products are manufactured using carefully selected materials — stainless steel, hardened or mineral glass, premium leather, engineered wood, and high-grade mechanical components — depending on the product category. Every item is inspected before shipment.
We are transparent about what our products are: premium lifestyle pieces inspired by iconic designs, not officially affiliated with any watch brand. The quality speaks for itself.
Are the product photos accurate?
Yes. Every product image on our site is taken of the actual product — no artificial enhancements or misleading angles. We want you to know exactly what you're receiving before you order.
Do you inspect products before shipping?
Every item goes through a quality inspection at our Guangzhou facility before dispatch — checking functionality, finish, and packaging integrity. If something does not meet our standards, it does not ship.
What size are your wall clocks?
Most wall clocks measure approximately 34–35 cm in diameter, making a bold, elegant statement without overwhelming a wall. Exact dimensions — in both centimetres and inches — are listed on every product page.
Are the wall clocks silent? Do they tick?
Yes — our wall clocks use a smooth sweeping quartz movement, not a stepping movement. This eliminates the ticking sound entirely, making them ideal for bedrooms, offices, living rooms, and hospitality spaces where silence matters.
What type of movement do your wall clocks use?
All Wclocks wall clocks use a sweeping quartz movement — smooth, silent, and accurate. Battery: a single standard AA battery, which will run the movement for approximately one year. We recommend standard alkaline batteries.
Do any wall clocks include a date function?
Some models include a functional date wheel — this is clearly specified on the individual product page. If the date function is important to you, check the product description before ordering.
What batteries do your wall clocks use?
Most wall clocks run on a single standard AA battery. We recommend a regular alkaline battery — not lithium-ion or high-powered batteries, which can cause timekeeping inconsistencies in quartz movements. A standard battery will keep your clock running accurately for approximately one year.
Can I order a custom or personalised wall clock?
Yes — we offer a range of Custom Edition wall clocks where you can add a company logo, name, initials, founding date, or any personalised text directly onto the dial. After placing your order, email info@wclocks.com with your order number and artwork. Accepted file formats: PDF, vector, or PNG with transparent background.
What type of movement do your watches use?
Depending on the model, our watches feature either a reliable quartz movement or a mechanical automatic movement. The movement type is clearly specified in every product description and specification table.
Are Wclocks watches water resistant?
Most watches offer 3ATM to 5ATM water resistance, suitable for everyday use including hand washing and light splashes. They are not intended for swimming, showering, or diving unless the product page explicitly states otherwise. Always check the individual product specification.
Do watches come with a warranty?
Yes — all Wclocks watches include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This does not cover damage from misuse, drops, or water exposure beyond the stated resistance rating.
Are your watch winders compatible with all automatic watches?
Our watch winders are designed to be compatible with the vast majority of automatic watch movements. They feature selectable rotation modes — clockwise, counter-clockwise, and bi-directional — to suit different calibres. Check your watch's winding direction in the manufacturer's documentation if you are unsure.
Are the watch winders noisy?
Our watch winders are engineered for quiet operation. The motors are designed to be near-silent during normal use, making them suitable for bedrooms and living spaces. If you notice unusual noise, contact our support team — this may indicate a fault covered under warranty.
Do watch winders need batteries or mains power?
Most models are powered via an included AC adapter or USB cable. Power requirements are specified on each product page. We recommend using the included adapter for consistent performance.
What materials are used in your watch boxes and cases?
Our watch storage products are crafted from premium materials including PU leather exteriors, soft microfibre-lined interiors, glass lids (where specified), reinforced hinges, and secure locking mechanisms. Full material specifications are listed on each product page.
Do your watch cases fit large or oversized watches?
Yes — our watch cushions and pillows are sized to accommodate both standard and oversized cases comfortably. If you have a particularly large watch (50mm+ case diameter), check the product dimensions on the listing to confirm fit.
Is it safe to order from Wclocks?
Absolutely. Wclocks uses secure, encrypted payment processing. Your card details are never stored on our servers. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our encrypted checkout.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — immediately after placing your order, a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder. You can also log in to your account to view your order status.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible at support@wclocks.com. We process orders promptly and cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched, but we will do our best to assist.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship to over 60 countries worldwide, including Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia. Free shipping is included on all orders — no minimum order value. Tax is included in the listed price.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 14–18 business days from dispatch. This can vary slightly depending on destination country, customs processing times, and local carrier capacity. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor progress.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes — all orders include full tracking from dispatch to delivery. Your tracking number and carrier details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 2–3 days to appear after dispatch while the package moves between international facilities.
My tracking hasn't updated — is something wrong?
International shipments often show gaps in tracking updates, particularly while in transit between countries or at customs. This is normal. If your tracking has not updated in more than 10 business days, contact our support team at support@wclocks.com and we will investigate.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties?
Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are outside our control. They are the responsibility of the customer. Most orders arrive without customs issues, but if your country's customs authority applies a duty charge, you will need to pay this to release your package. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds if you are concerned.
What does the Wclocks warranty cover?
All products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects — issues with materials, mechanisms, or build quality under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure beyond rated resistance, or unauthorised modification.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact our support team at support@wclocks.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video if relevant. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — if you experience any issue with your order, contact us and we will work to find the best resolution. Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@wclocks.com with clear photos or video showing the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Damaged-in-transit claims are fully covered.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
First, check your tracking link for the latest update. If your estimated delivery window has passed with no update, email our support team at support@wclocks.com. We monitor all shipments and will work with you to resolve any delivery issue quickly.
Do you offer customised or personalised products?
Yes — our Custom Edition wall clocks support full personalisation: company logo, name, initials, founding year, or any combination on the dial. Place your order on the website, then email info@wclocks.com with your order number and artwork file. Accepted formats: PDF, vector, or PNG with transparent background.
Custom clocks are popular for corporate gifts, office decor, hotel lobbies, restaurant interiors, and personal milestones.
Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?
