The Urban Code Steel takes design cues from the integrated-case sport watch family of the 1970s. The integrated case design means the case, lugs, and strap attachment form one continuous visual shape rather than separate components. Designed and sold by Wclocks. This watch is manufactured by Pagani Design and is not manufactured by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any other watch brand.
Is the VK63 the same movement as a standard quartz?
Not exactly. The VK63 uses quartz for its oscillator — it keeps time as accurately as any quartz watch. But the chronograph complication above it is a genuine mechanical module with physical pushers and a sweep (not ticking) second hand. It is called a meca-quartz for this reason. You get the mechanical feel and sweep hand of an automatic chrono at quartz price and accuracy.
Can the textile strap be replaced?
Yes — the strap uses standard 20mm spring bars and can be replaced with any compatible textile, rubber, or leather strap of the same width.
