NATO Textile vs Steel Bracelet
The textile NATO strap is lighter, breathes better in heat, and sits closer to the wrist. It gives the Lunar Chrono case a more casual, expedition-ready character compared to the same case on a steel bracelet. Easy to swap for any compatible width replacement.
Lunar Chrono Case Architecture

The NATO strap version of the Lunar Chrono chronograph has a specific history: early Lunar Chrono watches were often issued on canvas or fabric straps for use in environments where a steel bracelet would be impractical or uncomfortable. A textile strap on the Lunar Chrono case is therefore not a downgrade from steel — it is a historically authentic alternative that changes how the watch wears on the wrist.
