Si tu pedido llega dañado, incorrecto o con piezas faltantes, contáctanos dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la entrega con fotografías del artículo y del embalaje.
Debido a la naturaleza frágil de los componentes de vidrio, ocasionalmente pueden producirse daños durante el transporte a pesar de un embalaje cuidadoso.
Cuando sea necesario, proporcionaremos piezas de repuesto o un reloj de reemplazo por daños o defectos de fabricación admisibles.
Si se requiere un reemplazo por daño o por un defecto de fabricación, Wclocks asumirá el coste del reenvío del artículo de reemplazo. Según la situación, pueden aplicarse gastos de envío de la devolución.

Cada reloj Wclocks se prepara cuidadosamente para una entrega segura, con seguimiento facilitado en cuanto tu pedido se ha enviado.
Los pedidos se procesan en 1–5 días hábiles antes del envío. Una vez enviado, los detalles de seguimiento se enviarán por correo electrónico.
La entrega suele tardar 7–14 días hábiles, según tu ubicación, el trámite aduanero y el transportista.
Todos los relojes Wclocks se embalan cuidadosamente para una entrega segura, especialmente los modelos con componentes de vidrio.
Las solicitudes de devolución deben realizarse dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la entrega. Los artículos deben estar sin usar y devolverse en su embalaje original.
Si tu artículo llega dañado, incorrecto o con piezas faltantes, contáctanos con fotografías del artículo y del embalaje para que podamos revisar el caso y organizar la mejor solución.
