If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Due to the fragile nature of glass components, shipping damage may occasionally occur despite careful packaging.
When necessary, we will provide replacement parts or a replacement clock for eligible damage or manufacturing issues.
If a replacement is required due to damage or a manufacturing issue, Wclocks will cover the cost of reshipping the replacement item. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.
