This warranty covers the watch movement and manufacturing defects under normal use.
If an issue occurs during the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts or a suitable solution when necessary.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so our team can assist you promptly.
Warranty coverage applies to the movement and manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, external impact or normal wear may not be covered.
Safe Delivery for Your Watch
Every Wclocks watch is carefully prepared, packed and shipped with tracking, so your order can arrive safely and securely.
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your watch has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location, the carrier, customs processing and local delivery conditions.
All Wclocks watches are carefully packaged for safe delivery, helping protect the watch case, bracelet, crystal and presentation box during transit.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the case and arrange the best solution.
All sales are generally final. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review your request case by case. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
