If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so our team can assist you promptly.

Safe Delivery for Your Watch Storage
Every Wclocks watch box and watch case is carefully prepared, packed and shipped with tracking, so your order can arrive safely and securely.
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your watch box or watch case has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location, the carrier, customs processing and local delivery conditions.
All Wclocks watch boxes and watch cases are carefully packaged to help protect the exterior finish, storage compartments, cushions and interior lining during transit.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
If your watch box or watch case arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the case and arrange the best solution.
All sales are generally final. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review your request case by case. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
