Full stainless steel case and integrated bracelet - brushed and polished surfaces across the case flanks, bracelet links, and bezel. Steel is the correct material choice for a daily-wear chronograph: corrosion resistant, scratch-tolerant, maintains finish over years of active use in a way that softer alloy or coated cases do not.
The crown pushers control a functioning stopwatch: top pusher starts and stops the elapsed timer, bottom pusher resets. Sub-dials carry chronograph minutes, hours, and running seconds. In daily use the sub-dials add visual depth and a technical reading to the dial; in active use they time intervals, laps, or tasks directly from the wrist.
Applied luminous material on hands and hour markers means the AP Chrono is legible in low light - important for a sport chronograph that goes wherever the wrist goes. The lume charges in ambient light and emits in darkness; no active illumination required.
Full Black: monochromatic PVD-treated case and dial for a stealthy, composed look. Blue: deep blue dial against steel for the most refined and contemporary feel. Black: black dial against polished steel for classic sport-luxury contrast. Silver and Blue: steel case with blue accent elements for a distinctly sporty character.
The sport-luxury chronograph format - integrated bracelet, octagonal geometry, sub-dial complications - was developed to create a watch that was as appropriate in a boardroom as on a racetrack. The POEDAGAR AP Chrono takes that brief seriously. At 42mm in full stainless the watch has presence: it reads on the wrist and it reads in a room. But at an 11-12mm profile it does not create a visual problem under a jacket sleeve, and the integrated bracelet sits flat against the wrist without the gap that a standard lug construction creates at the cuff. The luminous hands mean it reads at night without adjustment. The 3 Bar water resistance means active daily use - gym, outdoor commute, rain - without concern. The quartz chronograph keeps the timing function precise and the battery is the only maintenance item. These are the features of a watch designed to be worn every day, not kept in a box for occasions.
