All Wclocks watch winders include a warranty of up to 3 years, depending on the model.
This warranty covers the motor and internal winding mechanism under normal use. If a manufacturing issue occurs during the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts or a replacement unit when necessary.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so our team can assist you quickly.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. All Wclocks timepieces are carefully packaged for safe delivery, though shipping times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are generally final. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review your request case by case.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, and items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
